He was predeceased by: his son Mark Todd; his parents, Billy Todd and Hazel Todd; and his sister Nancy Weathers. He is survived by: his wife Janet Todd; his children, Joy Todd, Stephen Todd and Kandra Wade (Josh); his grandsons, Seth and Solomon Wade; and his siblings, Donald Todd, Wayne Todd (Alice), Lynn Todd, Bettie Vernon and Mary Stinson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
