He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his children, Lane Essman (Simone), Laura Parker (Rex) and Ladd Essman (Candi); and his grandchildren, Cory Parker (Shannon), Kayla Osborn (Zach), Jessica Lacy (Justin) and Chelsey Young (Seth). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
