She was predeceased by: her mother Alma Chambers; her husband Milton D. Simpson; and her grandson Jermey C. Simpson. She is survived by: her sons, Robert "Pep" Simpson and Clay Simpson (Barbra); her granddaughters, Keysha Thomaston, Aeril Donnor and Courtney Cupp; and her great grandchildren, Morgan Thomaston, Melanie McCall and Gunner Cupp.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the McCalla Memorial Funeral Home (4780 Letson Farms Pkwy, McCalla, AL 35111). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
