He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel T. Collier; his parents, Paul M. Collier and Beulah D. Collier; and his siblings, A. M. Collier, George Collier, Emmett Collier and Alice Paula Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Snow (Davie), John Collier (Pamela) and Paula Collier; his grandchildren, Mitch Moss (Michelle), Stephen Collier, Samuel Snow (Brittney), Kaitlyn Velazquez (Marcial), Lauren Collier (Matt Barbour) and Andrew Snow; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Moss, Will Moss, Charlotte Collier, Rebecca Collier, River Snow, Opal Snow, Christian Snow, Joann Velazquez and John Barbour.
