He was predeceased by: his father Joe Weeks; and his grandparents, Olen, Fannie Weeks, Cleo and Irene Norris.
He is survived by: his mother Peggy Norris Weeks of Winfield; his wife Kelly Finley Weeks; his daughters, Kasey Baker (Daniel) and Taylor Weeks; his grandchildren, Audrey, Carter and Ava; his siblings, Wyatt Weeks (Leslie) of Beaverton and Kim Weeks of Northport; and his sister-in-law Tracy Kines (John) of Bessemer.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in Guy's honor.
