She is survived by: her son Edward R. Champion Jr. (Ginger); her grandchildren, Trey Champion (Jason), Ryan Champion (Katie), Caroline Champion and Emily Champion; and her sisters, Tommie Walker and Adele Ward. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
