It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Caldwell (Bessemer, Alabama), who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Don R. Caldwell; her parents, Bertha Mae Henson and W. D. Deerman; and her sister Jackie Shadwrick. She is survived by: her children, Donna Speakman (Norman), Diane Snyder (Dave), Denise Caldwell and Dan Caldwell (Janie); her niece Kaye Watts (Danny); and her grandchildren, Erik Speakman (Drew), Tim Speakman, Stephanie Bates (Greg), Kayla Tucker (Scott), Chad Clem (Leah), Amy Hendrix (Todd) and Stacia Barnes (Mike).
Memorial donations may be made in Marie's name to Alabama Children's Hospital Foundation, designation children's cancer and blood disorders.
