He was predeceased by: his daughter Nychole Wade; his siblings, Lynn, Pam and Steve Finley; and his parents, Mack Wade and Hazel Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Wade; his children, Mark Wade Jr., Holley Dickey (Jeremy), Vickie Wade, Janie Allen (Brandon), Amanda Wade and Megan Rosser (Lance); and his siblings, Mike Finley, Patricia Farrel, Cynthia Finley and Susan Wade. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
