He is survived by: his wife Flora Ingram-Waits; and his nieces and nephews, Kellye Loggins (Steve), Gwen Aaron (Tommy), Carol Reynolds (Stanley), Greg Bailey (Debbie), Stanley Waits (Gayle), Carl Meadows, Jr. and David Conwell (Debbie).
