It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Alan Franklin Jr. of Bessemer, Alabama, who passed away on September 11, 2025, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Sheena Cargle Franklin; his parents, Lena Gayle Fullbright (Dwayne) and Michael A. Franklin Sr. (Kathy); his brothers, Jackie Sparks (Angel), Kenneth Sparks (Jessica) and Kody Franklin (Kendra); and his grandmother Patricia Blodgett.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home (1300 4th Ave N, Bessemer, AL 35020).
