He is survived by: his wife Sheena Cargle Franklin; his parents, Lena Gayle Fullbright (Dwayne) and Michael A. Franklin Sr. (Kathy); his brothers, Jackie Sparks (Angel), Kenneth Sparks (Jessica) and Kody Franklin (Kendra); and his grandmother Patricia Blodgett.
