He is survived by: his wife Donna Faye; his son Joey Palmer (Margo); his siblings, Junior Palmer, Joel Palmer (Robin), Paul Palmer and Myra Veitch; his sister-in-law Delbra Harmon (Barry); and his yorkies, Toby and Sugar. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
