He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lee Hamilton Guy; his sons, Ricky Dale Guy and Jason Lee Guy (Christy); his siblings, Louis Steve Guy (Jackie) and Donna Faye Guy Wear; and his grandchildren, Logan Murphree, Evie Murphree, Whitney Burr and Nicki Burr. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
