He was predeceased by: his parents, John David Edwards and Evelyn Marie McCord Edwards; his mother-in-law Margaret Seymour; and his son Nicholas McCord Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Maria Seymour Edwards; his sisters, Pamela Fallin (Vernon) of Bessemer and Beverly Morris (Terry) of McCalla; his father-in-law James Seymour (Patricia) of Colbert, GA; his brother-in-law Wil Seymour (Gina) of Athens; and his aunt Frances Nelson of Fairhope, AL.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
