Shelia A. Bailey Obituary
Our sweet mother passed away the morning of September 23, 2022, at her home surrounded by family who loved her dearly. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and cherished time with her family. We will always remember her ability to laugh even when times were hard. She was a retired nurse, so not always the best patient. But throughout her illness, she was still trying to care for her girls making us her priority. Our hearts are broken but we know her body is now whole.
Preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bailey. She is survived by her two daughters, Lisa Irby (Melvin) and Lana Myers (Darin); two grandchildren Lauren Vines and Christian Vines and a host of extended family and friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held at McCalla Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 10 am with service to follow at 11.
