She is survived by: her son Brian Bender, Jr.; and her siblings, Uvonne Bell, Patrice Bell Freeman, Lyshia Bell Miller (Dwight), Anthony Davidson (Katrina), Eugene Bell, William Bell (Sheila), Tracy Lee (Tawnya), Morris Lee and Kime Burgin. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home (2527 9th Ave N, Bessemer, AL 35020). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM at the Alabama National Cemetery (3133 Hwy 119, Montevallo, AL 35115). A burial was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location.
