It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wallace Edwin Prophitt (Bessemer, Alabama), who passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Dona; his daughter Kaci Sayers; his son-in-law Joshua Sayers; his son Chad Prophitt; his grandchildren, Sawyer, EvaRae and Brooks Prophitt; and his brothers, Wendall and Jerome Prophitt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with extended family.
