He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father PawPaw; his wife Patricia Humphries; his children, Don A. Humphries (Darlene), William P. Humphries and Leigh Ann Stafford (Allen); his grandchildren, Brooke Luchs (Jodi), Megan Doyle (Dan), David A. Johnson, Jason B. Johnson (Jessica), Logan Humphries, Autumn Thrasher and Brianna Humphries; and his sister Vera Mae Attaway (Larry). He was also cherished by fifteen great grandchildren.
