He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Jacks and Luke Jacks. He is survived by: his wife Irue Jacks; his daughter Candy Sue Travis (Adam); his grandchildren, Brittain Nathanael Travis, Brandy Nicole Shoemaker (Zachery), Bradley Nicholas Travis (Raven), Bailey Luke Travis, Brighton Hope Travis and Briella Faith Travis; and his great grandchildren, Bellamy Faith Shoemaker and Bentley Nicholas Travis.
