He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kellie P. Napper; his parents, Kevin Napper and Angela T. Napper; his daughters, Greycie, Jaylan and Peanut; his brothers, Donnie Napper (Lacey) and Justin Napper (Kim); and his grandparents, Mack Napper (Jackie), Jeneal Edwards (Elliott) and Randy Taylor. He was also cherished by Five Aunts and Four Uncles, Two Nieces and One Nephew.
A graveside service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
