He is survived by: his children, Linda Malcolm, Alan Worthington, Michele Adkins, Marshal Worthington (Susan) and Daniel Worthington; and his siblings, Charles Worthington, Mary Alice Booker and Edna Earl Warren. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
