He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Jaffee and Rose Jaffee; and his son Dr. Noah Jaffee. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lewis; his children, Melissa Jaffee (Michael Hanson), Donna Askenazi (David Askenazi) and Dr. Ian Jaffee (Jacqueline Jaffee); his grandchildren, Raina Hanson, Abraham, Sareena, Jordan Askenazi, Drayson, Cade, Rian Jaffee and Madi Falcon-Jaffee; and his sister Arlene Karchmer (Barry Karchmer). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
