She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph Ellis and Hattie Ellis; and her siblings, Edwin Dotson Ellis, Randolph Ellis Jr. Cornell Ellis, Elmer Douglas Ellis and Irma Jean Ellis Paterson.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Harris; and her siblings, Jerdine Ellis Bronson, Gail Ellis Brown and Glenn Ellis. She is also survived by six sisters in law and three brothers in law.
