She was predeceased by: her husband James Eugene "Gene" Tidwell; and her parents, Benjamin Dykes and Nellie Wilkins Dykes. She is survived by: her son Tim Tidwell (Tammy); her grandmother Joan Waldron (Terry); her grandchildren, Mandy Bartlett (Lynn), Matt Collins (Alisha), Austen Dodd (Tyler), Ashlee Pharis (Will) and Timothy Tidwell; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Anna Bartlett and Briggs Collins.

“I worked with Ann at Exchange Security Bank (now Regions) 45 or so years ago. Ester Daulton also was there. They were great to work with. Ann was direct and funny and hard working. Loved her kids. I will always have fond memories of her. I was Linda Pardue back then.”
