He was predeceased by: his parents, Huey Lee Phillips and Geneva Estelle Hastings Phillips; and his siblings, Estelle Phillips Stegall and Andrew Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Marita Louise Alford Phillips; his children, Marita Ann Allen (Danny) and Harrell Phillips (Tammy); and his sister Bonnie Williams.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Church of Acts (1014 Co Rd 126, New Albany, MS 38652). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
