She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Brown Johnson and Sara Miles Johnson; and her sister Betty Ann Walton. She is survived by: her husband George Hayes; her children, Dianne, Bobby Gospodareck, Michael Hayes and Sabrena Hayes; her niece Terri Walton Glass; and her grandchildren, Autumn Hayes, Adam Bobo, Austin Bobo, David Gospodareck (Brooke) and Christie Renfroe (Ryan). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
