He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Blackwell and Noreen Blackwell; and his brother Larry Blackwell. He is survived by: his wife Becky Blackwell; his daughters, Danielle Cooley and Shelley "David" Colvin; his granddaughters, Linsee Gafford, Mogan "Blake" Goodwin, Kaci "Cody" Oden, Bailee "Keaton" Weems and Jovee; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Brecklynn, Kit and August.
