It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Moore Bowen of Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl S. Moore Sr. and Francis Hamm Moore; and her sister Eunice (Lloyd). She is survived by: her husband Lloyd D. Bowen; her daughter Brenda; her brothers, Earl Jr. and Billy; her son-in-law Chris; her grandsons, Colin and Carter; and her great grandchildren, Dustin, Maggie, Mila and Harper.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Martins-in-the-Pines in Birmingham, Alabama, where Betty has lived since February 2012.
