It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bettye Frink in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Frink Sr.; her sons, Victor Frink and David Frink; her stepson David Frink (Victor Frink); her daughter Leigh Frink; and her granddaughter Veronica Frink.
She is survived by: her children, Bettye Boartfield (Paul) and William Frink Jr. (Pranee); her grandchildren, Ryan Tadeo, Josh Boartfield, Christine Wolfe, Matt Vogt, Leland Frink, Beth Frink, Kesvadee Manuel, Kanhaa Funaki, Charlie Frink, John Frink, Tracy Frink, Casey Browning, Victoria Steffens, Truman Steffens and Jona Frink; and her great grandchildren, Trey Christian, John Dylan, Laileen Manuel, Natalynn Manuel, Josie Vogt, Joellen Vogt, Aaliyah Manuel, Lamar Frink and Levi Frink.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kilgroe Funeral Home (1750 Ashville Rd, Leeds, AL 35094). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Jimmy Hale Mission in Birmingham, Alabama honoring her spirit of community and care.
