She was predeceased by: her father Robert C. Edwards. She is survived by: her mother Betty Edwards; her sisters, Carla Wilkerson, Marsha Edwards Jordan and Adrina Norfleet; her aunts and uncles, Jollie Irene Williams, Earnestine Williams, Dr. Willie Mays Jones, Nancy Edwards, Dr. Eugene Edwards, Mitchell Edwards and Terry Jones, Sr.; her siblings' children, Jacqueline Morris and Johnny Byrd; her godchildren, Karrington LeGrand, Kacey Green, Courtney J. Biggs, Christoper Biggs and Chauncie Jackson; and her pet Lillie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady Queen of the Universe Catholic Church (961 Center St, Birmingham, AL 35204). A burial was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Highland Memorial Gardens (3115 18th Ave N, Bessemer, AL 35020).
