She is survived by: her husband Victor Anthony "Vic" Garrard; her siblings, Terry Rock and Diane Rock McAlpine; her children, Joan Pylant (Lee), John R. Bibb (Kelli), Jeannen Frachsieur, Rhonda Bradford (Alan), Danny Bibb and Sherry Farley (Mike); her grandchildren, Daniel Light (Shelley), Rebecca Payne (Rodney), Jennifer Sebetich, Anthony Marks (Kelly), Amanda Trippi (Tony), Neil Frachsieur (Miranda), Austen Bibb (Amber), Tabitha Burrow, Jarrod Bibb (Erika), Kelsey England (Shane), Steven Farley and Victoria Sims (David); her great grandchildren, Addison and Tyler; and her granddaughter Miranda McNeal (Tyler). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ridouts Trussville Chapel (1500 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Forest Crest Cemetery (5730 US-78, Birmingham, AL 35210).
