She was predeceased by: her husband Angelos Petelos; her daughter Rena Marie Petelos; her parents, Tom Kantargis and Maria Kantargis; her brother Andrew Kantargis; and her in-laws, Nicholas and Irene Petelos.

She is survived by: her son Nicholas Angelos Petelos (Yvonne); her grandsons, Angelos Nicholas Petelos and James Nicholas Petelos; her friend Maroula Kantargis; and her nieces, Toula Froemelt (Torsten), Sia Newman (Larry) and Andrea Kantargis. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity - Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
