She was predeceased by: her husband William "Frank" Yon; and her daughters, Cheryl Ann Bakin and Carol Morel. She is survived by: her daughters, Claudia Yon-Rawls (Mark) of Birmingham and Cathy Benfer (Rick) of Carlisle, PA; her granddaughter Brianne Stevens; her great grandchildren, Jacob and Noah of Mechanicsburg, PA; her grandchildren, Robert of Frederick, MD, Emily Monsted (Jack) of Winchester, VA and Nicholas Ezerosky; her great grandchildren, Madysen and Katelyn Ezerosky of Texas; her grandson Nathan Ezerosky; her great grandchildren, Gavon Ezerosky and Reegan Ezerosky of Texas; her sisters, Susan Sapner Reese of New Jersey and Eileen Rose of Acme, PA.; and her sons-in-law, Tom Bakin of Pittsburgh and Roger Morel of Texas.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the David Henney Funeral Home (6364 Library Rd, South Park Township, PA 15129). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family is asking in lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to an animal rescue in her name.
