She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Thompson and Mary Ann Dorough Thompson; her husband Salem Fawal; and her brother Ronald Thompson. She is survived by: her brother Michael Thompson (Joy); her sisters-in-law, Gina Fawal Jaber, Freeda Fawal-Farah and Rima Fawal Hartman; and her caregiver Cynthia Godhigh. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, along with many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bolton Funeral Home (207 Hwy 47, Columbiana, AL 35051). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
