He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Irving and Barbara Morgan Fields; his sister Cathy Fields Castillo; and his niece Barbara Johnson. He is survived by: his brother Rick Fields (Susan); and his sibling's children, Ashley Lee, John Fields, Robert Johnson and Dillon Johnson.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Delta Methodist Church (5984 North Carolina Hwy 704 E, Sandy Ridge, NC 27046).
