He was predeceased by: his father David Mack Sr.; his brother Daryl Mack; his aunt Virgie Lee; and his grandmother Rosie B Lee. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Mack of Birmingham Al; and his siblings, Sophia Mack Austin of Birmingham Al and Antonio Mack (Wanda) of Huntsville Al. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
