He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel David and Mary Elizabeth Few Wilson. He is survived by: his son Charleston David Wilson (MaLacy Touchstone Wilson); his grandchildren, Gus Wilson and Mary Camille Wilson; and his siblings, Paula W. Johnson (Dennis), Samuel A. "Duke" Wilson (Caroline) and Frederick Maury Wilson (Bep). He is also survived by eleven nieces & nephews; several great nieces & nephews; and numerous supportive cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home (400 W Cahaba Ave, Linden, AL 36748). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
