He was predeceased by: his father Horace David Yates; and his stepfather David Frank Moxley, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Stacy Yates; his son Jackson Miller; his stepchildren, Kaytie Corley (Chris) and Johnny Aycock; his mother Brenda Moxley; and his brother Mark Yates (Darlene).
