She was predeceased by: her parents, David Hetrick and Claudine Hetrick; and her granddaughter Ashley Smith. She is survived by: her husband Charles D. Smith; her brothers, Randy Hetrick (Debbie) and Tim Hetrick (April); her sons, Jason Smith (Rachel), Douglas Smith (Kristi) and Dustin Smith (Bethany); her grandchildren, Camden Smith, Hudson Smith, Alayna Smith, Braden Valdez, Blakely Fuqua (Bennett), Savannah Bearden (Will), Kai Peters (Katelyn), Lauren Lanford and Kayla Lanford; and her sister-in-law Georgia Wood (Keith). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
