She was predeceased by: her parents, John Russell Shirley, Sr. and Carolyn Self Shirley; and her brother Wayne Russell Shirley. She is survived by: her husband Cliff Capps; her children, Christopher Capps (Donna), Craig Capps (Tonya Roden) and Stacey Tucker (John); her grandchildren, Jordan McFarland (Dustin), Jason Rohm (Krista), Austin Tucker (Amber), Jared Rohm (Angel), Zach Tucker (Christina), Jackson Capps (Charlotte) and Meaghan Tucker; and her great grandchildren, Maggie Tucker, Juniper Rohm, John William Tucker, Rose Rohm and Callan Capps. She is also survived by several nieces and other loving family members.
