With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Donald Boyd Sizemore (Birmingham, Alabama), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sizemore and Cecil Sizemore; his wife Sandra Gayle Sizemore; and his sister Ellen Domaschk. He is survived by: his sister Evelyn Leslie; his children, Don "Boyd" Sizemore III (Michelle), Lisa Brister (Scott) and Sharon Daniel (David); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Kyle, Nick, Andrew, Rachel, Sarah, Hannah, Chelsie, Jacob, Abby and Isaac. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews who thought of him as a father.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:50 AM at the Liberty Church (2732 Old Rocky Ridge Rd, Birmingham, AL 35216). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites those who wish to honor Buddy's memory to give to Liberty Church in Hoover, Alabama.
