She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Williams and Virgie Williams; her husband A. D. Mott; her children, Brenda Mott and Raymond Mott; and her grandson Derrick Mott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rita Chandler (Henry) and Geneva Murray; her grandchildren, Josh Chandler (Heather), Rae Adcock (Jason), Matthew Murray (Wendy) and Eric Murray (Kelly); and her sister Elizabeth Owens of Brandon, Mississippi.. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
