We are sad to announce that, on September 13, 2025, at the age of 98, Dorothy Mae Whitlock of Birmingham, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Winfred Esther "Mo" Whitlock; her son Mark Patrick Whitlock, Sr.; her parents, Giles Otho and Rosie Lee Wheat; and her siblings, Leodus, Udell, Melvin, J. C., Junior, Adolph Wheat and Jewell Dollinger.
She is survived by: her sister Vernell Betz; her grandchildren, Shelly Whitlock Smith (Ron) and Mark Patrick Whitlock, Jr. (Lindsey); her great grandchildren, Jackson Smith and Amelia Smith; and her daughter-in-law Dana Whitlock Stockli.
