She was predeceased by: her husband Oscar Ray Bowlin; her parents, Bill Weber and Sophia Wilhelmena "Minnie" Weber; her brothers, Carl "Buddy" Weber (Geraldine), William "Billy" Weber (Annette), Robert Weber (Hazel) and Charles "Charlie" Weber (Annette); her son-in-law Frank Scheinert; and her pet Elroy.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Jean Schaefer (Al), Patricia "Tissie" Scheinert, Terry Kyle (Glenn) and Tommie Sartain (Jeff); her grandchildren, Darlene Garrison (Todd), Todd Schaefer (Rhonda), Heather Wilson (Kerry), Mark Schaefer (Claire), Michelle Foster, Jacob Sartain (Matrika) and Rachel Wingard (Robert); and her friend Tom Garvich.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ridout's Trussville (1500 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations be made in Emma Jean Bowlin's memory to the Dementia Society, Inc.
