He is survived by: his children, EJ Cory (Beth), Bobby Cory (Shelby), Hannah Caldwell (Matthew), Katherine Rogers (Garrett) and James Ernest Cory (Maddox); his mother Sue Cory; his grandchildren, Calvin Cory, Violet Cory, Daley Cory, Wade Cory, Henry Caldwell and Mary Vivian Rogers; and also Vivian. He is also survived by friends, co-workers.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church of the Highlands (4700 Highland Ave, Irondale, AL 35210). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
