She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Jordan and Margaret Jordan; and her siblings, Howard Jordan, Tom Wells, Joseph Jordan, JoAnn Knight and Margaret Callens.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Hawthorne; her granddaughters, Kayla and Kimberly Mardis; and her siblings, Wallace Jordan, Virginia Knight of Birmingham, AL and Charlie Mae Ham of Birmingham, AL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Public Viewing Smith & Gaston Funeral Services (102 6th Ave SW, Birmingham, AL 35211). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the New Generation Apostolic Church (1101 15th Way SW, Birmingham, AL 35211). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Valhalla Cemetery (839 Wilkes Rd, Birmingham, AL 35228).
