He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Faye Tolar and Mary Evelyn Cherry; and his brother Terry Tolar. He is survived by: his wife Amie Tolar; his children, Melissa Conroy (Jim), Logan Tolar, Samantha Tolar and Clay Tolar; his grandchildren, James, Shane, Henry, Jackson, Luke, Brynlee and Ava; and his siblings, Mary Ann Elmore, Jean Cook and Glenda Marilyn Holmes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
