He is survived by: his sibling Frankie; his friends, Lucent Technologies and Speedy; his wife Ann; his children, Franklin Ryan Mays and Stephanie Mays Watson (Mike); his grandchildren, Ethan Watson, Brooklyn Mays, Preston Mays and Will Watson; and his brothers, Charles E. Mays, Harry T. Mays and Leighton H. Mays. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
