She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her daughter Stacy; her siblings, Mary Lois, Pat and William; and her mother Marie.

She is survived by: her daughter Patty Perrigin; her grandchildren, Miranda Perrigin, Austin Embry, Jordan Embry and Dylan Embry; and her great grandchildren, Jaylin, Everly and Alaina.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's, the Eye Foundation or the Ronald McDonald House.
