He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hoskins and Vernie "Peggy" Hoskins; his grandson Myles Whidden; his great grandchild Mason Kennamer; and his sister Kay Vasser.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Hoskins, Lori Giardina, Nanci Siddle (Mark), Dana Tidwell (Brad) and Candi Borkent (Rob); his grandchildren, Dustin, Brandon, Matthew, Michael, Monroe, Marshall, Kameron, Hannah, Hunter, Hayden, Jacob, Tea', Lucas, Gus, Sammy and Luke; and his siblings, Fred Hoskins (Anita) and Cynthia Lichtefeld (Jim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in his honor to the American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Association.
