It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgianna GREEN Rogers of Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on November 17, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Reed Green and Annie Louise Killingsworth; her husband Don Rogers; her siblings, James, Herman, Ralph, Carl Green, Margaret Hollis and Betty Jean Coker; and her son-in-law Paul Smith.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Betty Jean Green. She is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Earnest United Methodist Church (3417 Warrior River Rd, Bessemer, AL 35023). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
